False advertising! No fitness center. No pool. No clubhouse. Ever increasing HOA fee. Very quick to fine “rules violations “.
There is NO fitness Center, Club House or Pool. Condo fee pays for those who may have flowers, Sprinklers if you have grass sprinklers and really bad snow removal. Condo Association is horrendous. Buyer beware. Check the reputation and ever increasing Condo fees before considering buying.
I was only there picking up a door. However it was peaceful driving through and the property looked well kept
Nice people but not a good place to retire, no peace and quiet, lawn mowing and leaf blowers all summer. Mcnaulty ran out of here squeezing in as many units as possible leaving no parking for BBC2 leaving the complex a parking nightmare with a trailer park looking North End. It definitely brings property values down.
