I showed up without an appointment. Jose "smogged" my car. The price (competitive and not requiring a coupon) was stated up front in its entirety, as well as when my car would be ready (30 min). So the service was perfect and a good value with no nonsense just professional and really nice. Based on my visit, a perfect place to get smogged and I would be comfortable here for other vehical services or repairs.
I was getting ready for a long distance road trip… and my truck was making a metallic rattling noise. Berkeley Auto Repair and Smog stayed open late on a Sunday to help me. The diagnosed it to be the heat shield around the turbo and quickly repaired it. Great, friendly, and trustworthy repair shop that I would definitely recommend to others!!! =)
