Lifesaver! We were in a bind, having just registered our car after moving from out of state but without a way to get the old plates off due to stripped and rusted out screws (seriously, these plates were not budging). Sol was one of the few places open after normal business hours, so we stopped in on a whim to see if he could spare a tool for us to work the problem ourselves.
