I can’t say enough great things about Berkeley Auto Repair. I called just minutes before closing with a flat tire situation, and Sol answered the phone right away. Not only was he incredibly kind and professional, but he even offered to wait around in case I needed help. Thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue myself, but the fact that Sol was willing to stay after hours just to make sure I was taken care of really speaks volumes about his character and commitment to customer service. I showed up without an appointment. Jose "smogged" my car. The price (competitive and not requiring a coupon) was stated up front in its entirety, as well as when my car would be ready (30 min). So the service was perfect and a good value with no nonsense just professional and really nice. Based on my visit, a perfect place to get smogged and I would be comfortable here for other vehical services or repairs.
