Sol seems like a nice guy. If I were to give a grade rating, I would give a C+. I called to replace my rear breaks and was told as long as I come in before 2, the job would take 2 hrs. I decided to rescheduled an appointment I had in the morning to get to the shop and get this matter fixed under the impression my car would be done well before 3 because I had a work assignment by then.
