Chihuahua not afraid at all to come on the second visit. He behaved responding easily to being handled by dr and staff. His anti inflammatory worked well. Treatment successful
Death by a thousand paper cuts. I'm so disappointed because I think the veterinarians are strong. But it is SO hard to get anything done here. In the past 4 months alone... they lost a faxed vaccine record and it took them 45 minutes with me waiting in office to find it (I had even called ahead), completely forgot a vaccination I requested so now I have to come back 2x more (a visit has never taken less than an hour), I had to explain to a vet tech how to read a vaccine schedule, have brought my reactive dog to the lobby 2x ... read more
