We are totally impressed with this place. Our constipated Persian received immediate same day service while the vet of record was too overbooked to schedule! We will be switching from VCA (Broadway, Oakland) to this facility for all future care needs!
One star for lack of clarity on pricing. I didn't get treatment. I decided to try this place out bc a comment said it was affordable. I was asking for pricing over the phone about getting my cats teeth cleaned and maybe extracted. She said they will need to do an exam first and then teeth can be done. She said $100 for exam and said that she couldn't give me any estimate for teeth work, not even a price range. Okay $100 sounds affordable already. I took my 3-month-old puppy to Dr. Holliday for a wellness check, and that part went well. She was kind and patient. Unfortunately, everything else about this clinic was a complete disaster.Dr. Holliday told me they had a technician who could help with my Doberman’s ear posting and that I could schedule an appointment.
