I had a wonderful experience at this veterinary hospital yesterday! From Pennie at the front desk to Valerie, the veterinary technician, and the wonderful Dr. Shen, who examined my dog Bella, everyone was welcoming, kind, and attentive. The Berkeley Animal Hospital provided wonderful and kind emergency care for our elderly dog who had an infected wound in her front paw from a foxtail that was deeply embedded. She required surgery to remove it and they answered all of our questions with kindness and deep knowledge of the procedure and our concerns. Their entire staff was kind and considerate. Their prices were much better than the other vets we contacted and I can wholeheartedly recommend them for basic to emergency care.
