I brought my two cats, Ketchup and Fries, to Berkeley Animal Hospital because they had fleas and tapeworms, and I had a great experience. I called in the morning, and they were able to see us the same day around noon, which was such a relief. The veterinarian was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. This clinic made a mistake scheduling my kitten vaccination and I had to repeat the sequence. I checked with them when scheduling the vaccine appointment if it was correct, and they assured me they were following the schedule. On the next appointment, they told me I had missed the date to get the feline leukemia booster shot and needed to restart. I spent an hour waiting there, and then had to come back because of their mistake. By the way, this is an expensive clinic. They should be providing quality service for the price.
