TERRIBLE BED SIDE MANNER .HE IS RUDE NON CARING GREEDY AND SLOPPY DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!! HUFFS AND PUFFS NOT GENTLE AT ALL. NO FOLLOW UP CALLS AFTER SURGERY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NOONE DO NOT GO

My dentist referred me to do a tooth extraction, I made an appointment and brought my own X-ray. I spent a grand total of 3 minutes talking to this guy because he was too busy flirting with lady receptionist up front. My initial impression of this guy was not good so decided to check for reviews and discovered how terrible he really was. I cancelled my appointment and went with someone else. this doctor is a fraud.i needed a biopsy and was told to wait 1 month.i wanted this biopsy before 1 month and was refused.4 days later I went to mt sini doctors in manhattan and I had a biopsy.it was negative,when i went back to dr berk with the report instead of calling the doctors he told me to go have them cut out the growth.i explained they were md and not dds.he told me to come back 2 more times.the last time I was there on9/19/2013 over 1 month had past and he told me he would not treat me.this man is a fraud.

I recently needed a molar extracted and went straight to Dr. D'anna. It is the second time over the course of 3yrs? I have gone to him and both times he was calm, reassuring and he can still carry a tune (he likes to sing). His staff is wonderful --friendly, professional and attentive. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. If in need of oral surgery --I highly recommend him and his staff. If I decide to replace the molar with an implant - Dr D'anna will perform this procedure as well.

I needed an immediate surgery and they took me the following day. Made me feel very comfortable and not so nervous as I was very scared. I would recommend Dr D'anna to all. They were also very upfront about costs and there were no "hidden" costs.

Worst dentist/oral surgeon I have ever been to. I had to get an infected wisdom tooth extracted-it had a cavity. I am an adult and Dr Berk's response: "I do this crap all day. I don't want to do it. It's high risk." He said that several times. Totally Unprofessional, unsympathetic and Un caring. Stay AWAY!!! I went to another Oral Surgueon who did job no problem. Total opposite of Dr. Berk. Don't go here unless you don't care about being treated like garbage.

Dr. D'Anna is a wonderfully skilled and gifted dentist with an extremely professional staff. Dr. D'Anna was able to solve my dental issues with caring and precision.

I needed Oral Surgery ASAP so I found Dr. D'Anna through my dental discount provider. My experience was extremely pleasant. Everyone in the office was so helpful and kind. The receptionists explained the procedure and payment in detail. When I met Dr. D'Anna, he actually took the time to speak with me, which is difficult to find in the medical field. The procedure was quick and PAINLESS. I really felt comfortable in his office, again, not rushed in and out. Doc. keep doin what your doin.
