A very bad experience.
Appraisal cost was reasonable, called and talked over the phone with Brenda and she was very professional and friendly. Appraiser shows up on time, Dzmitry, and he was well mannered individual. It was done a matter of 5 business days and I am very pleased with this firm's great service. I have been dealing with mortgage products past 20 years and I must say it is rare that I get this VIP services with reasonable fee and professional services. I HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL: TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going to file a complaint against them because they doesn't looks like a professional appraisal company. They gave wrong appraisal amount while I got ~100K more appraisal amount from other company. They don't compare Apple to Apple. Let's complaint this to AIC.
Very expensive for 5 minutes of work and they have no clue how to do an appraisal
