Absolutely STAY AWAY !!!! # 1 thing I’ve learned from the Berks . Most importantly is read reviews first , I would have stayed away from these people ! I thought dealing with a local company I would get an honest appraisal , was never so wrong. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had , stay away from these people . DO NOT use this company. Completely updated house. Large garage. In nice area. Compared it with houses that are condemned and right at a terrible intersection. The three he compared it to are much smaller in size as well. He also only gave me an hour before coming and talked like he was a big man. When the banks have a list to pull from for Appraisers please refuse this company. They can ruin your life.
