No elevator to go to second floor apartments. Just 1st level is handicap. Or drop to thing to Laundry room from 2nd floor. I have a fold up ladder to escape in case of fire. Beautiful sea view.
I have not been to this location but this site has been extremely helpful I recommend to all those looking to relocate this area to start looking here first
