Had a very stressful and unprofessional experience with this establishment. It would be petty and take too long if I went through every detail of disappointments. But I want to point out the biggest issues, first we called and specifically asked if they were taking new patients, we were told yes. Dr. Bob is great! To me, he’s the quintessential Alaskan/country vet/consummate professional. He’s taken great care of our animals and we’ve recommended him to many others!
Don't know what happened to this place, but I won't be going back. Our regular vet is pretty booked out so she recommended we go to Bering Sea Animal Clinic. I was familiar with them because I would take my other dog in the past. The staff has become incompetent and rude. There is no patience with any animals in this "clinic". The best people. Dr Bob, Ms Faith and the rest of the staff are amazing. They will take good care of your pets. No nonsense. We've trusted them over the years with many of our babies. Years ago I called them by mistake (wrong vet) 2 minutes before closing hours crying about my sick puppy not knowing what to do. Faith told me to come in ASAP, then I realized I called the wrong place - they said it's ok, come in anyway.
