Don't know what happened to this place, but I won't be going back. Our regular vet is pretty booked out so she recommended we go to Bering Sea Animal Clinic. I was familiar with them because I would take my other dog in the past. The staff has become incompetent and rude. There is no patience with any animals in this "clinic". The best people. Dr Bob, Ms Faith and the rest of the staff are amazing. They will take good care of your pets. No nonsense. We've trusted them over the years with many of our babies. Years ago I called them by mistake (wrong vet) 2 minutes before closing hours crying about my sick puppy not knowing what to do. Faith told me to come in ASAP, then I realized I called the wrong place - they said it's ok, come in anyway. We had an incredible experience with Dr. Sept. We needed an emergency surgery on our puppy’s knee And he truly saved us in a time of worry. We felt so safe, leaving our little one in the hands of this crew! They did incredible and he healed so well. Highly recommend
We’ve use Bering Sea as our primary vet for many years. I always appreciate Dr Bobs direct to the point communication. He’s very knowledgeable and conservative with treatments unlike a lot of other clinics that run up your bill with a bunch of unnecessary extras. We’ve have their staff do anything from vaccines to major surgeries on cats and dogs that we’ve owned over the years and couldn’t be happier with the treatments and costs.
