Rude staff hurt my feelings 😢😢😢
Lovely stay - even though the pool was being renovated they agreed to provide us with breakfast included. My mother left her earrings behind and they agreed to mail them to my house. Your kindness is appreciated!
Great location. Everything is within walking distance including Bowral Station, some great restaurants and cafes. The food at the hotel bistro was great as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is elegant. Rooms are very clean and luxurious. Great place to spend a few days at. Only about 90 minutes drive from Sydney.
