Everything was done the best that it could due to the rain and muddy soil.
Great customer service when we called the Burlington, NC Berico location. We needed a quote for gas logs and a propane tank. They arrived when they said they would, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional . We were given several options and received a very reasonable quote. Once the quote was accepted the equipment was ordered and installed in a short timeframe. Installers were on time, nice and installed the logs and tank in no time. We would definitely recommend Berico and utilize their services.
Berico Fuels never disappoints. They always answer the phone cheerfully and pull up my account in seconds. Great and easy transactions. Office staff is the best!
They fill portable (grill) tanks but “don’t have a meter” (there is a flow meter on their tank-probably not certified) so instead of ballparking off that-they charge you for a full tank no matter how much they fill. DON’T TAKE A PARTIAL TANK FOR FILLING.
Today we had Jeffery Jordan make a service call on our hot water tank. Holy Cow! He was tremendous in finding the root cause and correcting the problems. Jeffery is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and so thorough with his work ethics. We were blessed to have Jeffery and Berico repair our hot water tank. When he left, things were clean and you would never known he was here for an afternoon working. We highly recommend Jeffery Jordan and Berico for plumbing repairs. Thank you.
