We received top notch customer service from our very first call to scouting our property to the final install and testing. The folks are Berico are prompt, professional, friendly, and they do excellent work. Thank you!
The tech was friendly and knowledgeable but they wanted $850 to replace a blower motor on my furnace that was under warranty which is a one hour job. $850 an hour for labor is insanely expensive. There are much cheaper options out there.

Great customer service when we called the Burlington, NC Berico location. We needed a quote for gas logs and a propane tank. They arrived when they said they would, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional . We were given several options and received a very reasonable quote. Once the quote was accepted the equipment was ordered and installed in a short timeframe. Installers were on time, nice and installed the logs and tank in no time. We would definitely recommend Berico and utilize their services.
