is anyone working? I called at 11am on a Thursday. My call was sent to Voicemail where I heard “voicemail has not been setup yet”.
Didn’t deliver when promised. Never called back our multiple calls. Months have gone by and still don’t have the door. May have to request credit card company help because Bergy insists on payment first. Then we have no way to get our merchandise out of them when they don’t want to build it. Why even do this work if you don’t want to? Free money?

I've been helping a friend with a remodel that required a new pre-hung door. We ordered the door from Bergy, thinking they've been in business quite a while and we like to shop local. We're now at a standstill since the door was promised 4 business days ago and, after leaving several voicemail messages (that were not returned), I was finally able to get someone to pick up the phone; I was told that the door may be ready in another week, but no promises.
