I was driving north to visit family and needed to stop and charge my EV. Unfortunately I was having technical difficulties with my specific vehicle that isn’t a Toyota. I went inside and Dom came and helped me. It was freezing cold out and even though I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle or anything that benefited him, he went out of his way to help me find a charger nearby so that I could make it to my destination.
