Zero stars I WILL NEVER buy anything from Bergstrom Trevor and all they have done was cause financial issue’s because they didn’t give me a warranty run down that i could read i never received my warranty run down till two months ago and come to find out I purchased the same exact warranty and canceled it after finally receiving the warranty purchased threw Bergstrom now the other weren’t i purchased they are refusing to give me my money back and Bergstrom Mike ******* and Brandon in the Nissan dealership said too bad so sad... read more

I literally cannot sing my praises enough regarding Jack Rathsack in Service! Jack’s team always gets me in and out in less than a day, and because they were low in loaner vehicles, I was able to experience the Bergstrom Shuttle! A driver dropped me off in Appleton at 7:50am and at 3:45, I scheduled a return trip back to Oshkosh right from my phone. Just Effortless! They are not as professionally trained as they look. I had the very worst experience fixing my car there. I spent over $4,000 with them to fix my car but oil is still leaking from my engine after they fixed it.I brought the car in to fix an oil leak, it took them over a month to fix the car. They finally gave me the car back, and it's still leaking oil.First time they "fixed the car" and returned it to me, as soon as I started the car there was SMOKE BUSTING out of the mu… See more

Our first buying experience here was great! Blake was our salesman and he was fun, friendly, and up front with everything. Everything was quick and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this place. The cars on their lot were clean and worth checking out.

Thank you very much Jack and Grant in the service dept! My car hit a pot hole and damaged both tires on my way to a work meeting. They got me right in , replaced the two damaged tires and back on the road in very short time. My stress was relieved when Bergstrom Subaru stepped up big time to help with a crazy incident! Grant and Jack are top notch.

I'd like provide no stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. June of 2021, while on a family vacation with my sister, nephews and parents, we contracted COVID. While my parents, sister, and nephews were driving home they fell very ill and stopped to rest in Tennessee to rest. My father, unfortunately, began having breathing issues and was admitted into the hospital, followed by my sister the next day and my mother the day after that. All ended up having to be admitted into CCU. The following week, my father passed away... read more

Recently purchased a 2021 Forester. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Dave DuBey and Brad Marten were terrific to work with. They all made sure we had everything we needed. We are so pleased with the vehicle. We were treated well and are so happy we went with the Subaru Forester.
