Very good shown many options no pressure
To be honest I usually dread looking for a new vehicle, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Candi greeted me at the door, which made me feel at ease and comfortable. From that moment everything was very efficient, and simply effortless. Candi is extremely knowledgeable and made my car buying experience super easy and enjoyable!!!
Unfortunately I took my Subaru Outback to a national service chain and they made my issues worse. I took it to Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay and they worked with me and the other chain to get me a full refund on the work done by the other guys. Their service, responsiveness and commitment to helping me make it right was impressive! Brian and his team did a right by this Subaru owner and I regret taking it anywhere else!
I have had many negative experiences at dealerships in & out of the Bergstrom group. All my interactions with Subaru Green Bay have been top notch. The staff always greets me whether it be entering through the service department or the front doors. The sales team is always willing to help regardless if it’s a sale or just a question they make you feel equally important.
