Unfortunately, they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to change your Google review. If helping you doesn't actually cost them anything they seem willing to be accomodating, but when push comes to shove though it is clear that they do not value loyal Subaru customers and will be blatantly dishonest in the service department. I will not be dealing with Bergstrom any further. After buying four Subarus in Green Bay in the last ten years, I can safely say I miss Cliff Wall.
Easy to schedule routine maintenance on my vehicle and turn around time was less than expected for the work to be completed. Unable to finish the bag of popcorn that filled.
