I will not return to Bergstrom Nissan for service. The body shop manager told me the diagnostic was around $70. I was charged $175 and was not told that before my vehicle was assessed. Deon had an attitude at first. When I indicated I would go to another Nissan dealer, which I did, the attitude changed. Deon indicated the other dealer would charge me again for a diagnostic. Which, they did not. Ganrud Nissan will be the first place I go for new vehicles and service. It was a horrible experience for me.
Nick Richard is very pleasant, professional and explains work to be done in detail. He does a great job.
Nick at Nissan Bergstrom Service in Appleton is da Bomb!! He’s been my POC there since purchasing my 2022 Nissan frontier. Although the vehicles only been in a few times for service and or warranty work, he greets me with a smile and always keeps me in the loop.

Went today my service advisor Dion was amazing. He was friendly and took time to talk to me. Dion was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process!! I will be back!
