I get my Nissan Leaf serviced at Bergstrom and they are always helpful and fast. They always wash my car. Recently, I had a problem with the door. Eric from the body shop straigtened it out right away and at no cost. Very happy with the service there.
If I could give no stars I would. This is the 2nd time I had horrible service. This time they didnt replace a lugnut key when they worked on my so I couldnt get my tire off when I needed brake pads ASAP. This caused a huge problem because it was the day before Thanksgiving. I called and the guy told me I cant help you. What do you mean I cant help you? This is beyond not okay. I would never ever ever buy another vehicle or get my car worked on there again.
Had a terrible experience with the service department. Had an issue with the drivers power seat, which I was quoted $1800.00 to repair as I was told the motor was going bad. The issue I had was an annoying squealing noise when moving the seat for and aft. After declining the quote to repair I investigated on my own with a possible solution being the drive cable that connects the motor to the drive on the right side. I went to bergstrom of appleton. I was there 30-45 minutes. I was looking at 2013 altimas. I guess because i was not looking at a $$$$ car .no one came to see if i needed help. I was set to buy a 2013 altima that day
