Rodney was very busy with numerous customers, but I was amazed at how he was able to make sure that each customer received his full attention. I also appreciated the upfront honesty that he was very busy and he apologized numerous times which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated! Nick in finance was phenomenal, very personable and informative. Overall 5 stars!
My service advisor Chris was great. Checked in my vehicle, we talked over expectations and time my service will take. They were able perform CVT service and flush and identify issues with my rain sensor and windshield wipers. Overall very good experience and service advisor is very friendly and polite and explained everything very well. Service didn’t take long and I was back on the road quickly.
