I'm rather torn as to how many stars to give. I had made an online appointment one evening (for the next day afternoon) after test driving a similar Jeep model, and even though another couple had stopped in that next day and wanted to buy that same Jeep model. Thank goodness I had the appointment as the Bergstrom staff could've let the other couple buy the Jeep. Joel greeted me at my car on arrival. Reviewed my service order, oil change and tire rotation, offered available beverages and asked if I had any questions. Received text from mechanic offering to accept or decline other services needed. In 45-50 minutes my car was returned with a car wash. Very pleased with the crew. Thanks guys.
