Excellent experience today at Berg Mazda. Went to trade in my 2016 Mazda3 for a new CX-5. Right when I walked in, Stephen helped get me set up and gave me the best car-buying day I could ask for. They gave me an extremely good price on my 3, and also several loyalty discounts, all without pressure or overwhelming tactics. Everything went so smooth and it was a genuine pleasure. The best dealership, hands down.
I have worked with Mat Lynaugh many times in the past and my most recent visit was top notch with him. I led the conversation with that I was not looking to buy just yet, and he went out of his way to spend time with me and show me options for when I was ready to buy. I can say with 100% confidence that when I am ready to do so, I would NOT hesitate to work with him directly. There was no other dealership that I visited that spent the time with me even knowing I was not going to purchase that day. Tank you Bergstrom and Mat!
