Had to take my 2024 Madza in for a recall- Brandan B in the service dept made the entire process simple. He called to see if I needed a ride back to my home or if I wanted a loaner to use- He arranged it for me & had it ready when I got there. He explained what the recall was for & why. He asked if I had any questions abt the car in general (i did) & he took the time to answer them. I appreciate that very much! He also had the car washed for me when i came back to get it & that was a nice surprise.
Do yourself a favor: if you are in the market for a Mazda, head to Bergstrom Mazda and ask for Rachael. During my six-week car buying adventure, I visited about 10 dealerships—some great, some truly awful—but Bergstrom Mazda was the real standout, largely because of Rachael.
