I only wish I could give less than 1 star. Jim is a rude condescending person. He views the people who need a different ins. company, and that company as " for drunk drivers and people who cannot afford REAL INSURANCE." I hope someone who can do something about disrespectful, rude and socially/personnaly disrespectful business persons read this.
