This is not a vexed ex employee, I've left over two months ago on my terms and even worked my notice, which was pointless as they still took my bonus which was 3 days away from being paid out. The majority of my 5 year tenure at Bergstrom ystrad mynach was not a good one. Shop floor colleagues are great and team orientated to an extent there are blatant favourites who do easier jobs and are always buddied up with their friends while people like myself worked on one line for 4 years alone, and laughed at when asked for a chan... read more
Worked here just under 2 years terrible place to work there is no structure to any of it the pay is really not good either , health and safety and management is dreadful, I injuring my self while lifting a water drum which was to heavy (over max weight for h/s) then got dismissed for making a claim against them as i now have to under go injections for my injuries, we had a meeting they dismissed me because i was going swimming an to the gym for my rehab Bergstrom do not follow there own company procedures avoid!!!
