I rarely give a five star review, but honestly I would give this facility 10 stars if I could. Customer service is such a thing of the past, but I experienced genuine customer care during a recent visit to the Bergstrom Body shop. I needed some body work done on my car, and they got me in immediately despite a holiday, gave me a very reasonable estimate and once approved ordered parts got them in quickly and finished the work in 48 hours! On 6/12/24 I had an estimate done and was told by Tony Kramer id get a call when the parts came in. By the end of July I had heard zilch so I called and was told it would be "a few more weeks" and the door was coming from their Appleton dealership .As of 10/6/24 I've heard nothing and someone else got the job. Crappy communication and terrible customer service. I don't get it but I wouldn't use them again,not for a purchase or repairs.
The people at Bergstrom were extremely friendly and helpful! What started out as a stressful situation (as any accident is) was quickly turned into a manageable process thanks to Trevor and Sunny. I appreciated their communication, honesty and efficiency. It only took a few days for the shop to complete the body work. They did a beautiful job! I wish I had taken a picture. Extremely helpful. Sunny and Trevor went above and beyond while we had a lengthy dispute with the insurance company regarding our damaged car. It was much appreciated!
