Years of damaging my cars and no where else to go because of the Bergstrom monopoly. The story would be too long to fit on this review. Never trust this company with your car. Robs imports in appleton is the best option! Oshkosh shop manager is nice and did what he could but at the end of the day my vehicle was there for at least two months for a quick windshield replacement and then dent and paint repair from a small tree branch. Trevor fixed my tire for me when I got a flat on my way to work. He was super helpful and I appreciated the great customer service.
Shout out to Trevor Gutzdorf at Bergstrom Collision Center! My car was 6 months new & I get rear ended on my way to work….that sucked. Trevor really advocated for his customer. Trevor made sure I was in a car while mine was being fixed, he kept me updated on the repairs, and my car looks just like when I drove it off the lot. The Bergstrom organization is doing something right! Customer service is not dead. Their folks are knowledgeable, helpful, and sooooo nice….from start to finish. Highly recommend.
