Knowledgeable,professional and kind staff. I worked with Trevor and he was super helpful . In a " less than ideal " situation Trevor and the rest of the staff not only met but exceeded my expectations for service and repair.
I took my car to this dealership almost a year ago for a paint recall repair, and I’m still waiting for them to follow up. A recall repair should be taken seriously, yet the lack of communication and accountability here shows complete disregard for customers. If you value timely service and professionalism, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Years of damaging my cars and no where else to go because of the Bergstrom monopoly. The story would be too long to fit on this review. Never trust this company with your car. Robs imports in appleton is the best option! Oshkosh shop manager is nice and did what he could but at the end of the day my vehicle was there for at least two months for a quick windshield replacement and then dent and paint repair from a small tree branch.
