I want to say thank you to Megan (front desk) and Dennis (driver) for proving how well Bergstrom treats their customers. Megan quickly heard what I was going through and jumped on the ball helping in any way she could. Dennis was the best driver I have had by far. Delightful conversation and manners. Disappointing service. Bad finishing and poor paint work. Had to return 6-7 times to fix body part alignment issues and painting work. Painting issue has been resolved and still I notice alignment issues in different areas. It feels like they repaired the car with a very little care.
Terry was amazing to work with! So glad I had my car worked on here! Sue and Kourtnee in the body shop office were rock stars! I’ll definitely recommend this team to others!!!!
