The great service started with Jay and Courtney’s assistance in October 2025 in replacing/painting new vehicle due to accident. The great service continued in May of 2026 when the car was brought in to have ceramic coating applied. It was expected to take a couple of hours. The courtesy vehicles were not expected back for a bit. Courtney used her own person vehicle to drop and pick me up. Great service and completed ahead of schedule.
Dropped off my car on 02/02 estimated to be done by 02/06 but was called today stating it’s ready for pick up! Did a great job fixing some body work on my crv, even detailed my car and wired my Dashcam for me! Thank you!
I dropped my SUV off on the 19th to have some collision repairs done. The original estimate was for it to be done on 1/27/26. They called me today (1/23/26) to tell me they had it done. The vehicle is perfect and they even detailed the inside. I have been to other collision centers and BCC is night and day better than any others in the city.
I had my car fixed by Bergstrom Auto Shop and they did a fantastic job and the people are very helpful and friendly
