Repaired 24 CX5 after hitting a deer. Got car back in December of 25. Found air filter housing broken from deer strike, returned to show them. They took pics, insurance paid and they ordered the parts. Called in January to check on status, it’s ordered awaiting delivery. Called February, “I’ll check on that and call you back”, they didn’t . I called today 7-1-26 for an update again as you failed to contact me for 4 months. The great service started with Jay and Courtney’s assistance in October 2025 in replacing/painting new vehicle due to accident. The great service continued in May of 2026 when the car was brought in to have ceramic coating applied. It was expected to take a couple of hours. The courtesy vehicles were not expected back for a bit. Courtney used her own person vehicle to drop and pick me up. Dropped off my car on 02/02 estimated to be done by 02/06 but was called today stating it’s ready for pick up! Did a great job fixing some body work on my crv, even detailed my car and wired my Dashcam for me! Thank you!
