Find me on messenger and DM me, total nightmare to the point Progressive told me I had to pick up my Subaru Outback Onyx Edition and get it the hell out of that shop……they set me up with Chrysler World in Abrams, WI….2 1/2 months process give or take…..in a nutshell, picked it up after initial front end repair (3 weeks) and hood was still bent into headlight, dirt trapped all over under paint/clear coat, paint smudges on hood. Generally friendly and helpful. Got my car back. Looks great. A few plastic fasteners are missing from the splash guard under the fender that was replaced and one plastic panel near the door was installed improperly, but was an easy fix. Nobody's perfect. All in all, not bad. Update: A month later, my AC has a leak. They replaced the evap because the insurance claim had it on there despite the old one still working fine (only had some minor denting). After an accident on my 2019 Tacoma, I had the body work done here after insurance suggested it, and I knew Bergstrom to do exceptional work on my Audi at the Audi dealership. There was quite a bit of damage to the passenger rear door. I was given a date I could come to pick up the truck and was excited to get it back. I did buy it used, from a guy who took extremely good care of the vehicle and showed me the only scratches on the truck which were in the rear bumper.
