BEEN HAVING A LOT OF ISSUES WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECENTLY. WOULD DROP OFF THE CAR AND HOPEFULLY GET IN BACK IN A WEEK. HAD MY 20,000 MILE SERVICE ON MY NX350 DONE IN LATE OCTOBER AND THEY RECOMMENDED AN ALIGNMENT AND ROTATED THE TIRES. EVER SINCE THE CAR PULLS TO THE LEFT, VIBRATES IN THE FRONT AND WOBBLES IN THE BACK FROM 55 MPH AND OVER. On October 15, 2025. I brought my. 2022 Lexus NX 350 in for service to Nalley Lexus Smyrna as is still under warranty. Service Advisor Mr. Wydell Whiting 124247, provided a great service which I’m very please . I have a great experience at the services provided by Nalley Lexus Smyrna . My service advisor keep me updated and aware of the condition and every steps going on at the shop. Horrible service. When my car was in the shop there, I got a notification that a tracking device I use for insurance purposes had been removed. I thought possibly it was a mistake. When they pushed me to come hurry and pick up my car, when I arrived and they brought my car around, we could hear the rim clanking on the pavement of the dealership as they drove it around. Service on my Lexus is always a great experience. The inside climate-controlled service drive is wonderful, especially when it is raining or snowing. The service porters come out to greet you promptly and then politely direct you to your service advisor. The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer scheduled recommendations, yet do not attempt to sell unnecessary services like I have experienced with some other brands. We would like to thank Woody for his help in finding a vehicle. This was our second vehicle that we have purchase through Woody and he will always be our first person we seek when buying a car. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1pm today. I waited in the Service lane, after being checked in, for over 25 minutes. The Service writer, Mike then strolls out and tells me sorry for the delay, he didn't know I was there. When I told him that's a long wait with no write-up, he just laughed it off. Then he proceeds to tell me, my wait time is 1-1/2 to 2 hours, because I don't have an appointment. Lexus is an excellent choice. We have always used Northlake and had excellent service until this past experience. We were interested in a RX and visited and spent much time with a sales rep and sales manager. After returning home we reached out by phone and email on different days. Our calls nor emails were answered. So disappointed in Northlake. We purchased elsewhere. We also own a BMW that we purchased at East Independence BMW and had an excellent service where they went above and beyond. Shame on you Northlake.
