I just want to relate an excellent experience I had at Bergstrom Auto Body on Victory Lane, Appleton, WI. Dropped my car off at 10am on a Monday morning. Received a call a few hours later that my car was in fact finished and it was done as a no charge. They asked the technician if he wanted a labor charge and he said no. I was in shock. My Nissan was recently hit, and after checking around, I had it towed to Bergstrom on Victory Lane. That was a great decision. From start to finish, they made the process very easy for me. Steve Willer did an amazing job of keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle's repair and he also dealt directly with the responsible insurance company.
