I will not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a vehicle 9 days ago. It was ceramic coated to protect the vehicle. I washed it today at kwik trip touch free in appleton. The paint chipped from the car wash. Bergstrom is refusing to do anything about it. The ECP company is tell us that is was not applied properly. Bergstrom up sold me on this product and won't stand behind them and the ECP company is blaming Bergstrom.... either way. Not worth your hard earned money. Take your money else where....

Took longer than I think it should have.
I did not go to the body shop. But I have had very good service when I have had to go there. I went to the oil change at Bergsyroms
