This Attorney is a joke! I consulted him about an Eviction Proceedings against me and he was really condescending. Firstly, he stated that my Landlord can still evict me even if I come up with my past due rent before the court hearing which was contrary to what another Attorney in the area advised me upon as well as the law in Virginia. As long as you can cure an outstanding balance a judge will allow you to stay since the reason for the Unlawful Retainer was about unpaid rent. Very professional and knowledgeable and passed on that knowledge regarding wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Provided advice and serviced our end of life needs and desires efficiently. We feel more secure in our young children's future now.

The staff at Bergstrom were very professional and efficient. We obtained services which were paid by our employer which I was worried would mean our level of service would be worse or lower priority. This couldn't have been less the case. They were extremely prompt (and diligent). Would definitely use again!
