Dr. Bergrin's office is well organized. Each of his office personnel has a job and they each do it well and with a pleasant attitude. Dr. Bergrin is kind and conpationate. He really knows his stuff.

Everyone in the office is so super friendly! The Dr. is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Bergrin couldn't ask for a better staff. Love the massage therapists also.
Absolutely terrible service. Dr. Bergrin gives off a very callous feeling and seems to be insensitive to things that are really being felt. The office was not welcoming and I overall did not have a comforting feeling while being there. Will not be returning.

I'm terribly sorry you had such a bad experience. Your comments are contrary to what I hear everyday. Sometimes when a new person is in pain they can take things out of context. We train to make every patient feel that they are the most important person at the time. If there is a flaw in our training, it would have been nice if you said something at the time. That way I could have addressed it immediately. If you would like to call me personally, I would really appreciate specific feedback.
