I'm new to Naples - excellent little shop I just recently moved to Naples from North Carolina and was looking for a new place to spend my time. After researching local gun shops, and visiting a few - Wayne Berquists was the best of them. The staff was great and very helpful. It was nice to find a family run business. My dad owned a drug store when I was a kid and my whole family worked there. It's great to work with family, and it's something that's hard to find anymore.

Great Service! Stopped in to have night sights that I ordered installed on my Glock. Even though I had not bought the sights at their shop, Marty took the time to install them while I waited, The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair. I have always been treated with respect and patience. When I need to have a gunsmith, Wayne and his staff are my first and only choice.

Horrible Service Once the Sale has been made, arrogant and self important Brett. After spending $1000 at Bergquist Guns on a new revolver, ammo, goggles, cleaning kit, etc...I booked a shooting lesson with the salesman who was actually very nice. Once at the range my brand new revolver kept jamming after around 7 shots. My instructor/salesman told me to bring the brand new gun back to the shop and show it to Brett who would be able to quickly figure out what was wrong with this new gun they sold me. Best place in town Great place for a woman to shop. Staff was very patient and happy to help with my selection. If you're looking for customer service and fair prices, this is the place.
