I had booked a hired car. Arrived at the service centre to drop off my car and collect the hire car at 09:15. I was told no hire car was available, “will this be a problem?” I told them yes it would be and why wasn’t I notified before I traveled to the service centre! It wouldn’t have been an issue if they had told me the night before or when they opened at 08:00 in the morning. Not good enough.
The parts department is an absolute rort. Quoted $4200 for a part that's available elsewhere for $2000. Not sure how you can justify over a x2 markup, what a joke.
Purchased new Isuzu mux from Maddington Isuzu who caused nothing but problems for 4 years so changed to Bergman Isuzu for warranty work. In contrast to selling dealer the customer service was excellent and work carried out was efficient clean and speedy. Arielle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful-Highly recommended Company
If you need any warranty work don’t bother going to Mandurah, had such a hassle there and then went to Bergman’s and new warranty lady sorted all my dads issues out in no time and was helpful and polite. highly recommend she will do her best to get your issue fixed
