My experience here was disappointing. I brought in an Isuzu MU-X that was in limp mode with EGR and MAP sensor fault codes. After paying $198 for diagnostics, I was quoted approximately $9,000 for a turbo replacement. Not fully convinced, I sought a second opinion. Gotta be the best dealer in Australia Bergmans is an hour away from where I live so I didn't price the car there (wish I did) I unfortunately bought it from a dealer in Maddington. They were great until I signed up. Then absolutely no interest. So was recommended to get servicing done at Bergmans, and even though I didn't buy it from them, the service has been phenomenal. As the engine oem I gave them a try after yrs of issues with the neighbouring brand/dealer that sold the ute new and unfortunately they were no better….No focus on customer service- agreed service scope but when car collected had decided to just do a basic lube service without consultation. This led me to decide to service myself going forward during which I found a missing part and a gear box level/fill plug only finger tight.
