Nice job! Recently bought a new front load washer and dryer. Lynette was sales. Great service. Delivery was as promised. Delivery crew of 3, did an excellent job. An issue surfaced with our dryers WiFi and Amy was great to deal with and got it coordinated. Carl came over and was here 5 minutes and all fixed. Nice job. Will highly recommend!
We purchased a complete appliance package from Bergmann several years ago. Our purchase included a heavy duty commercial washer. We have had them out to repair it several times, all at no cost. 2 weeks ago it failed again, today Bergmann delivered a brand new washer, no charge! They have been great in responding and everyone that has been to our home has been polite and professional. Great place and great experience!
I cannot say enough good things about Bergman's. Recently bought a complete Kitchen package and every aspect of the purchase, delivery and install were fantastic. Thank You Brandon, Kory, Kaden and Kody for all that you did to make this purchase so awesome!
I was just here for 15 minutes. Walking around, people saw me and not a word said to me.Work on your customer service. I most definitely will not be back.
