I am not a fan of this clinic. Ive been here a few times. Dr Moore is very rough with pets. No bedside manor toward clients whatsoever. Also the wait is long. I was here once just to have my dogs anal glands done. After 20 minutes of waiting, I poked my head out of the room and there were people (assuming they were techs) standing around. Why didn't a tech come in and do this? Then I could have been on my way. But, the absolute worse doctor here is Dr. Murphy. She has absolutely no empathy toward owners or their pets. This is the best vet around. I drive all the way from south bend to bring my dog to bergman. They genuinely care about your pet, and have the best prices.
a few years ago my dog was very sick after having pups and we took her (Morgan) to cass to the vet at Bergmans and they met us in the wee hours of the nite and put her on iv's and she was ok ...so compassionate and also didn't charge us an arm and a leg...we were very impressed with the care...Linda Collins...Union .
