Contacted Bergman Specialty Products needing seals and wipers for a MIR Machine. I did not have number on the wipers. Carl Bergman was able to help me figure out the wiper that I needed and had it along with my seals to me right away. Great customer service from a company and an individual that really knows the industry inside and out. Thanks.
If I could give this company less than one star...I would. Impressive website, but if you see the actually building itself, it is shabby looking building outside Michigan Center, Mich. They produce none of the products. They are sales people, two to three of them on phones filling orders from other suppliers, placing their labels on the products and sending them to you. WTH?? While investigating suppliers, I found this company to be no more than a middle man in sales. No products are produced by this company on company grounds. The Website looks quite impressive, but if you visit the actual company it is just an old building outside of Jackson, Michigan with Carl Bergman and two other women on phones. I gathered they other parts from a supplier, label them with the Bergman name, then send them on to businesses. I wanted someone who actually made the part and stood behind it's workmanship.
