DR. Bergman is great but be prepared to wait and wait abd wait.
Dr Bergman helped to restore my vision via cataract surgery and follow up visits. Office staff were also very pleasant and accommodating.
I waited 3 1/2 months for an appointment. When I did not receive confirmation, I called this morning. I was told that I was not on the schedule, but to hold. After five minutes, I was told that I was found on the schedule in some innocuous place. I was told that there would be a minimum of a two hour wait even though I had an appointment. They were short staffed. When I asked if Dr Bergman was there, I was told yes. I then inquired, why would I have to wait? I said I was not going to wait two hours minimum beyond my schedule... read more
Unfortunately for me, I don’t see as well as I did before I went to Dr. Bergman. It’s almost 2 years ago now that he removed my cataracts and implanted multi-focal lenses in both my eyes. Either his staff didn’t measure correctly for my lens Rx or he blew it on the surgery but my vision is soft, always blurred and I look through a constant, ever-present film. It’s worse than when I had the cataracts. Wish I had never stepped foot in his office.
We have been going to Dr. Bergman for 25 years and have always found him and his staff to be very caring and professional. Have had numerous eye issues that Dr. Bergman has resolved. Had contract surgery last year and am able to see 20/20 which was not able to do before. Have been waring glasses since was 7 but not more because of Dr. Bergman performing that surgery. All I can say is keep the good work.
Dr. Bergman is a miracle worker! He gave me the gift of sight. So talented.
Must agree about this doc’s extreme arrogance. He was insensitive, not caring. does not communicate, cared about himself and expressed lack of willingness to spend time interacting to explain medicine. It is a disorganized office. It was clear that the goal is overbook. $$$ not patients. Recommendation: do not go there
I was seen as a new patient at this office, and I loved it so much. They had fish tanks everywhere....and I mean, literally, there is a fish tank in every single exam room, and the fish are not boring, they are so cool and unique and different in every room. The technician I saw was so nice and explained things in a way that I understood everything and she was funny and personable. Dr. Bergman was delightful. He is so smart and made me feel so well taken care of. I would recommend this office.
