My appointment was at 1pm. It’s now 1:50pm and I was just taken back. They are all friendly enough but if a medical office expects me to be timely, then I don’t think it’s crazy to ask the same of them. I will be switching doctors after this appointment.
Horrible .... No consideration for their patients time at all ...waited over 2 1/2 hours for an appointment that should’ve taken 30 minutes...4 people sitting at the desk while everyone just waits for hours .... especially the people waiting outside who drove the Patients to the appointment absolutely zero consideration for the scheduling... And this has nothing to do with COVID-19
I have been a patient of Dr Bergman for over 20 years. Today I called to make an appointment and first available is September. Stop accepting new patients if you can’t take care of old ones.
RecommendedMy 2 year old scratched my eye this morning and my pcp recommended Dr. Bergman. They got me in this afternoon and it was an amazing experience. Beautiful office, very friendly staff, minimal wait time and Dr. Bergman was very kind and professional. I will now go to this office for all of my eye care needs. Thank you!
Dr. Bergman is the best. However, I book my appointment a year in advance. More than once the staff has called to change the time. I book it in advance because I need the latest time and then I'm forced into an inconvenient earlier time. It's July and I had a March 2018 appointment. Now I have an April 2018 appointment earlier time slot than the original. Staff needs to do a better job scheduling in the first place!
