The visit was good. However I later receive a Email requesting payment. I paid my co pay at the office so I didn’t fully understand beings there was no bill or statement just a notice saying I owe. When I called to inquire, they said if I wanted a bill, they could arrange to have one sent to me. I explained to them that I thought this was very poor conduct. No respect or consideration for the patient not to send any form of bill or explanation just send us this money. I will never go back to this facility again.
The wait is too long. Half a day's visit.
Went in on a Thursday for an exam. I’ll say they were efficient at getting me in and out. They weren’t able to help me with the problem I came in with. But they happily took my money. I woke up on Friday and my eye was sore. By Saturday I had a full on swollen/infected eye. I called this morning (Monday) to ask for my money back as I now have to pay another doctor to treat the infection.
