My employer uses them exclusively for lab coats. I ordered on line. They were able to process my payment immediately, and didn’t allow me to pick up my order. I was required to pay for delivery. My lab coat arrived blank. I was told that I had to print out a label, take the blank lab coat to a fedex store in order to have them do the job they had screwed up. Zero customer service.
