We had an outstanding experience with Berglund Outdoors! From the moment we walked in, the team made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we were purchasing our side-by-side. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Great experience, the biggest thing is they answered the phone and was able to give a total price. Called 4 of their competitors, not 1 called me back and the atv place in radford let me stay on hold for over 30 minutes. Never did come to phone. Just go to berglund and buy hassle free
Took my 4 wheeler to the to have it repaired i asked them to fix all that was wrong with the vehicle. Got the 4 wheeler back after they "fixed" $3,500 worth of repairs, there was no antifreeze in the radiator my rear brake didnt work. Had to take it to another shop for repairs. Costing me another $1,500 in repairs.
WARNING/BEWARE!!!!!! Under new management and it shows. Just drive by the dealership and look at the lack of inventory and personnel. So far dealing with this location has been the worst buying experience yet!!! Brand new camper with numerous warranty defeats, but the main issue is how the new general manager handle the latest warranty. A window blew out of the camper while traveling.
