Recently moved back to Roanoke and wanted to establish a relationship with a local dealership, so I scheduled my state inspection with Burgland Mazda. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completed quickly. Johnny kept me in the loop. A great experience from start to finish.
The scheduler of service at Berglund needs to better communicate with the service manager. I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX5 from them in July 2019. Car has been flawless until it started riding rough(check engine light illuminated) so I called December 23rd to schedule an appointment for Dec 29th. I live 1.5 hours from dealership so not the easiest to get car down there but I left the car there 5 days before appointment. Bought a car from Enterprise that needed a repair. An appointment was set up with Berglund service 2 weeks in advance. I called 8 days ahead of time and spoke to Johnny. Told him we are in Radford 45 miles away. How long will repair take? Will we need to drop off car? We were told was a 2 hour job and we could wait. We had a 10:30 appointment time. Johnny is so great to work with and they get things turned around in no time at all!
We love Bergland Mazda service center. Been going there for years for service, state inspections and oil changes. Johnny is so kind and helpful. Not your typical service center. Thank you Bergland Mazda!
