Bought a car from Enterprise that needed a repair. An appointment was set up with Berglund service 2 weeks in advance. I called 8 days ahead of time and spoke to Johnny. Told him we are in Radford 45 miles away. How long will repair take? Will we need to drop off car? We were told was a 2 hour job and we could wait. We had a 10:30 appointment time. We love Bergland Mazda service center. Been going there for years for service, state inspections and oil changes. Johnny is so kind and helpful. Not your typical service center. Thank you Bergland Mazda!
