We brought our 2023 INFINITY QX60 to Berglund Infinity of Roanoke's service center on 9/11/2024 to have the yearly maintenance done as well as to have them address a few warranty concerns. The service writer was very professional, polite and conveyed our concerns very well on the service order. We assume the yearly service was performed properly and picked our vehicle up at 5:00 PM on 9/12/2024.
