I took my 2025 Colorado in for a couple minor things to have checked. Excellent communication! Creed was GREAT to work with and very professional. Wonderful experience!

Made an appointment to diagnose issues I was having with weird messages, also batteries were getting low based on warnings from LoJack. I figured I just needed new batteries. Service guy stated when I dropped truck off that they around 30 vehicles in front of me to diagnose and asked who I made the appointment with. I stated a woman, and he stated that figures. The communication from the service department was nonexistent. The only time I got updated was if I contacted them. Twice I was told my truck would be ready that evening and then heard nothing for days until I made contact. Then I was told if there were no leaks in the morning my truck would be ready. I heard nothing and contacted them at 2pm and was told the tech was about to test drive and as long as there were no leaks my truck would be ready.
