Rude. Unhelpful. Zero interest in customer rapport or service. In a world where you can buy it for cheaper online, there is no reason to go here.
Unhelpful and gatekeeping information. I am getting back into the hobby with my son and the guy treated me like a schmuck. I was 100% not asking irritating questions but was spoken to like a dumb outsider. Only recommend if you know exactly what you want. They have great stuff, but I’ll never go back.
Recently went there and had called beforehand to simply ask if he had room on a price of an item. Instead of just saying “no, my prices are firm right now. Sorry.” He gave me attitude and disrespected me saying “do you want hand out.” Went to the store anyway to buy said item and I heard him mocking me to whom I assume was a friend/coworker in the shop. Without realizing I was the person he spoke to over the phone with. He cusses to himself in the shop and is just a sour individual. I will never go back or recommend this sho... read more
