Dr Fradkin came and sat with me and explained my dog’s condition to me in detailing with the treatment options, the risks… it was better care delivery than most human doctors offices!
Every single person is amazing here! We are so grateful! We did not feel rushed at all. They answered all of my questions and were excellent with our pup!! Thank you!!!
All my pet needs were met. I have no complaints about any of the staff. My problems come from being elderly, not hearing well and have difficulties with the computer. I sometimes don't understand or remember everything that is told to me. My daughter is usually with me, but was unable to be take me this time.
I was very happy with the staff and veterinarian. Very helpful and polite. But cost has gone through the roof! How are retired people on limited incomes supposed to care for their love ones(companion)? Not all places offer free or discounts for services.
