Kind and professional people
Excellent In Every Way: Great Doctors; Great Vet Techs and Office Staff...All are very customer focused and take excellent care of our cat. We just completed the annual exam/vaccines and lab tests. We have used for them for many years and highly recommend Bergheim Pet Hospital and Clinic. Haley, Emma, and Doctor Fradkin did a great job on January 23rd...Our cat, Smokey, agrees!!
They’re so friendly and take good care of my cat ZZ. They take time with her exams and send me home with information about her care.
Our older dog passed suddenly last week and the staff was amazingly helpful after our regular vet really let us down when we needed them at 5pm on a Friday. Their kind and swift response has won a customer for life - we are switching all vet care over to them going forward!
Dr Fradkin came and sat with me and explained my dog’s condition to me in detailing with the treatment options, the risks… it was better care delivery than most human doctors offices!
