This is a family owned business, and they care. They have given the best care to my mentally disabled sister. They are the only people who could handle her very complicated vision problems and needs and wouldn't stop until it was right. Where others would send us away and say that's the best we can do-- every time they go above and beyond to make sure she is happy. I cannot say enough about Sue and Elizabeth at Bergh-White. My first pair of glasses from them made my vision better than I can remember in a very long time, and their attention and care is amazing. Recently I had a problem with the frames that they couldn’t fix quickly, and knowing my prescription, they put my lenses in different frames for the hours they needed the glasses. We have had nothing but extremely awful customer service at this office. First, getting my husbands prescription sent in for an online brand of glasses was a complete hassle thanks to the receptionist. Second, we placed a contact order 3+ months ago and we’ve tried to be patient with the ongoing delays. Finally, the contacts come in and we try to pick them up- well, the store frequently closes early so you have no clue when they are going to be open. I tried again at 1:00 pm (office is open 8:30-5 every weekday, according to... read more
