I bought a car at their Kia dealership. I purchased an extended 4 or 48000 mile warranty. wasn't cheap. I ask can I do maintenance myself?? They told me to keep receipts. I kept all receipts. I have engine issue which needs to be replaced and AC issues. Engine was 100% warranty covered but my receipts wasn't good enough. Warranty company said you can do maintenance and it has to be through a HSE person at a shop. Then the Ford dealership says my repairs will cost me around $15000.
