I am still waiting months later for them to fulfill my contract after purchasing a car...many calls later...crickets/nothing.
Due to a disgraceful experience with "Jeff" and the Bergey's used car department, they have lost a customer of over 30 years. It's expected that sales people, especially those in the auto industry will not be the most dignified or integrity filled individuals. But Bergey's just outright lies now. For example, I was told they could not see a recent transaction at another store I had made, yet in the next sentence, he gave me the exact number used in the transaction.
