Bergey's is amazing. Great communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting. The service dept fixed my trucks issues, without inflating the cost, and unneeded delay. Carl was professional and informative! Highly recommended.
Only had one other truck center experience and I felt my input on what was wrong with the truck, description not diagnostics, was met with underhanded remarks. Here, not at all. Though my descriptions can be lacking the mechanic vocabulary, the head mechanic take my description, writes it down, and it gets taken care of. Even the guys actually working on the truck are friendly she willing to explain the stuff going on with my truck. Can't say it's the best, but I can say I've been satisfied with them as a company driver.
