Came in late in the day with broken airlines at the fittings. Parts department did not have parts in stock. Tom Babcock and his team went out of their way, and took the part off of a brand new truck in premises, and was able to get me back on the road immediately. Customer service at its best!! Thank you Bergen’s!!!
Mornings, my truck (730,000 miles) was hard to start. After a couple of discussions the thought was it needed new cups and injectors, about $8000 to $8500. After they had a chance to check it out, they found it was only a fuel line fitting leaking. Their honesty saved me about $8000. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Karl and the crew.
