They were able to repair a truck for growmark. They did a great job. Had problems with the brakes locking up
Very expensive. One of our drivers ask them to do trailer brake /tires inspection. First, they do not call Company for authorisation and to provide estimate. Second they tried to charge us over $440 only for the inspection...After I complained they worked on the bill but we still paid $240 for this...common, it takes only 15 minutes to do it. We will never send any driver there.
Had an emergency shoe repair on my trailer at 4:30pm while trying to make a delivery on Friday morning back in Chicago. Great camaraderie amongst the staff from the service writer to the head Mechanic to the Tech. As an owner operator newly leased on with another company, the last thing I need is calling in with a breakdown. I’ve only been to Delaware twice in 10 years but great food very nice people at shippers and receivers and Nick Tom and Jerry put the icing on the cake
