Excellent customer service, prompt attention and a great car buying experience!
I had a very disappointing experience with this Ford service department. I brought my truck in because of camshaft sensor fault codes, expecting a proper diagnosis. Instead of thoroughly troubleshooting the issue, I was almost immediately told that the engine needed to be replaced, with an estimate of over $15,000. What concerned me the most was their explanation about the engine oil. They claimed the engine was 5.5 quarts low on oil and even admitted they added the oil without my authorization.
