Brent Collins was the best! He kept very positive communication. It wasn't harassing. Sent me various photos. He was an exception salesman. The finance section: I requested that I receive the numbers on paper. The vehicle was listed as one price online. The amount on the paper was higher. I was given a rate, but finance did not send Brent with the numbers on paper. I requested that Brent bring me the paper the 2nd time. I took my Jeep in for service on March 5th of 2025 today is March 29th 2025 and I still have not gotten my vehicle back. They are constantly saying something else is wrong with it. It started out four wheel drive PTU, then it wasn't that, it was some other part. But when tgey fixed that it caused something else to ness up. ???? then it was the rear end differential. they ordered the parts and then the parts came in damaged and then they reordered the parts and then they still haven't gotten it fixed. Unbelievably disappointed in Monroeville Dodge, Jeep and do not recommend. They sold me a Certified 2024 Jeep Wrangler which was to have a 100 point inspection, etc. After i got home and started to look at the car in detail, It was very clear the vehicle had been abused and was seriously trashed on the underside, paint severly scratched, and several dirty and broken parts missing from car, one car key, no manuals except quick start manual, no tool kit for top,. I dropped off car for a recall and some body work . body work should take no more than 3 days. paint chip . Dealer has my car for 3 weeks so far,and i get the run around. This is unacceptable. Staff sits there and lies to you ,like you don't know a thing about the car. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. The service department is a SCAM. To begin with they do nothing with any sort of rush, I had a truck sitting there for 5 weeks and they did NOTHING to it. During the time they had the truck, I was charged $1700 for draining the fuel tank that had Def in it, just for me to take it to another dealership and find out they NEVER did it.
