My experience was unique. You should not expect the same mercy. They are a commercial tire spot. I came in with a flat (front driver-side). I was initially told that I could not be helped. But the manager did offer to put air in the tire. Once I got to the garage, Raul decides to fix my flat for free. I was fortunate that the tire rim wasn't compromised. They fixed it for me for free.
