Very disappointed with my Ram service at Bergeys. I was told my truck needed a new Turbo and they had to order the parts. Said it would take a week or so. Many weeks I called. Then called. Then called. I kept getting told they'd call right back, they never did. They I even drove over to see them (25 minute drive each way) and they again promised they'd let me know asap. They never did. Always friendly always fresh and the team members are always smiling what could be nicer
Took.my ram truck 2020 in gor clicking noise. They said it was not covered,told them they were wrong. Called ram and they told me it was. Also tech went through my consoled and said they moved my laser bc they thought it was making noise. It was in a case, how was that making noise. Firat off never go through someone's stuff . Then never told us they moved put on floor not put back.
