Missing communication once sale is made. Floor mats and cargo liner were promised to me, and then were delivered upon. I had to call multiple times not only the sales associate but also the supervisor to be assured that promises would be kept. Still waiting on the cargo liner, will update if it's delivered.
My buddy just got a car from here. they made it easy and got a good group of people working there
I wanted to express my appreciation to Bergey's Cadillac for the FANTASTIC roadside service mechanic they sent to take care of my Escalade. He had my vehicle fixed and back on the road within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and quickly resolved a frustrating situation.
